Casual Exam Invigilator

About the Role We are looking to recruit committed and responsible individuals to join our existing examinations invigilation team on a flexible basis. You will need to have good communication, organisational and time management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Duties include;preparing exam rooms, including setting up computers for online examsproviding a calm and professional environment, working to ensure that all candidates are given the best possible opportunity to be successful in their examsupervising candidates throughout and informing them of examination rules and regulations at the start and end of each examprovide the correct information and material for a successful completion of examdistributing and collecting exam papers in accordance with the JCQ regulationsfollow JCQ and Awarding Organisation guidelines/regulations to ensure the integrity and security of examination papers are adhered tobe vigilant and report any malpractice or potential malpractice to the Examination Officerattend training when required to keep up to date with new procedures, college requirements, and JCQ regulationscompletion of candidate attendance registersExperience of exam invigilating is desirable; however full training will be provided. This is a casual contract and working hours will be negotiated every three weeks.For more details, please take a look at the role description.
