Technical Coordinator

SERVICE Coordinator - Act as the central point of contact between field engineers, customers, suppliers and internal departments, ensuring work is scheduled effectively, resources are allocated appropriately and projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standard.

Manage Engineers calendar utilising availability and skill-set to suit the project requirement being able to react professionally and efficiently to changes and last-minute issues/delays

Schedule and co-ordinate Service Engineers in line with project requirements and deadlines. Proactively monitor open jobs and keep in communication with the customers and engineers to mitigate risk and delays

In addition to excellent Administration and customer care skills, ideally you will have a TECHNICAL nature or have experience of Technical Drawings – CAD – etc
