Based from Head Office Location WA12
This is a trainee role. A programme of fully funded development and support will be provided along with the relevant industry related qualifications which once competent will lead to the CPCS Instructor accreditation.
The primary role will be to workshadow and support existing RELO Trainers with the delivery of Lifting Operations Training including Slinger/Signaller, Lift Supervisor, Crane Supervisor and Appointed Person on site in Newton le Willows.
An excellent opportunity for someone with existing construction or lifting operations experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Support existing RELO trainers to develop and deliver Lifting Operations Training
Support Learners in developing their skills, knowledge and competence
Assess Learner performance and provide constructive feedback
Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate training and assessment records
Ensure training is delivered in a safe, professional and inclusive environment.
