Counterbalance FLT Drivers

If you hold a valid counterbalance forklift licence and want a role with a consistent working routine, this could be a great fit for you. Previous experience is beneficial, but it isn’t essential, so this is also an opportunity for newly qualified operators to gain experience.

The Role

You’ll play an important part in keeping daily warehouse operations running efficiently, helping to move stock and materials safely around the workplace.

Your responsibilities will include

Operating a counterbalance forklift to move and position goods

Supporting the movement and storage of stock

Assisting with general warehouse duties when required

Following site Health and Safety procedures

Working with colleagues to maintain a safe, organised and productive environment

To be considered for this position, you’ll need

A valid Counterbalance FLT licence

Previous counterbalance forklift experience is advantageous but not essential

A reliable and responsible attitude

Good timekeeping and attendance

An understanding of workplace Health and Safety

A valid driving licence and your own transport if travelling from outside the local area

Reliable ongoing work is available.

07:30–16:00

Monday to Friday.

Regular daytime working hours with no weekends/nights.

£13.75 per hour

. Up to 28 days’ holiday accrued per year

. Consistent daytime hours are available.
