Triumph Consultants are looking for a Finance Business Partner to provide their client with financial advice, monitoring and support to service areas, helping improve performance and ensure value for money. Contract is for 3 months in Coalville, Leicestershire LE67 4JP

£22.28 per hour PAYE

Hours per week

36.25 Monday - Friday

Hybrid Working

Key Requirements

AAT qualified or equivalent, with at least three years’ post-qualification finance experience, or substantial relevant experience.

Experience in a local authority finance environment, including knowledge of Housing Revenue Accounts (HRA).

Experience of budget preparation, monitoring and statutory accounting.

Strong Excel skills and experience using financial systems.

Ability to analyse financial data and provide clear advice.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly financial reports and monitor budgets and performance.

Work closely with service managers to provide financial advice and support decision-making.

Identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency and value for money.

Support the annual statement of accounts and statutory reporting requirements.

Provide financial support for key projects and help services manage resources effectively.
