About this role
Brighton and Hove has a lot of dogs, a lot of flats without gardens, and as yet no WoofWalk walker. We want five, from Hove through to Kemptown and up to Patcham, so that whoever an owner is, someone on the app is a short walk away.
WoofWalk is a UK app that owners use to book a walker nearby.
It is self-employed work
you choose what to charge, when you are free and which bookings to take, owners book and pay through the app, and the money is paid out to you. We do not employ you, we pay no wage, and we do not guarantee any work.
The market here, from public sitter listings: half-hour walks £8 to £30 and usually about £15, home visits around £14.50, and home boarding about £40 a night, which is higher than most cities. You decide your own prices, and our start page shows what you would keep at each one.
Preston Park, Hove Park and Stanmer Park cover most of the day-to-day walks, with Devil's Dyke and the Downs for the longer ones. At Stanmer, dogs go on short leads where cattle or sheep are grazing.
Terms
