About this role
Mystery Shopping is a covert service, so you will be posing as if you are a ‘normal customer’.
Your task could be anything from trying on clothes to carrying out a mobile phone enquiry. Or assessing a store's cleanliness and customer service. You might check that a grocery store is complying with underage testing for purchasing alcohol, or get paid to order and enjoy a meal.
