People and Change Partner

The PCP will provide professional HR and people leadership to a care group and corporate department. They will ensure the highest standards of employee engagement along with optimal workforce efficiency and effectiveness. They will also provide strategic and trust-wide leadership in one of the People Strategy areas. As a highly visible, local, leader for the People agenda, the PCP will act as the strategic partner to their leadership team to shape local strategies to meet business and service needs. They will ensure the consistent application of the agreed People strategy, policies and processes. The PCP will also act as the local relationship manager for all services supplied to their care group by the W&OD function, thereby informing the provision of those services, providing stakeholder feedback and addressing issues for improvement and resolution.
