The role is varied and covers all aspect of practice nursing including

Chronic Disease Management

Monitor and manage long-term conditions like asthma, COPD, diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease.

Treatments & Procedures

Perform ear irrigation, ECGs, blood pressure checks.

Health Promotion

Provide lifestyle advice on smoking cessation, weight management, diet, and general primary prevention Your main duties will focus on delivering:

Immunisations & Vaccinations

Administer childhood immunisations, travel vaccinations, and seasonal flu or booster shots.

Womens & Sexual Health

Carry out cervical cytology (smear tests), contraception advice, and sexual health screening.

Administrative & Governance

Maintain accurate patient records, contribute to Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) targets, and follow clinical policies.
