About this role
Greeting patients and visitors both in person and over the telephone. Booking, cancelling, and rescheduling appointments via the SystmOne clinical system. Processing repeat prescription requests and handling diverse patient enquiries. Managing incoming and outgoing post, clinical coding tasks, and scanning documentation. Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed. Liaising with GPs, nurses, and external healthcare providers e.g. secondary care and pharmacies. Maintaining patient confidentiality and data protection GDPR at all times.
