We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our friendly swim school team. You’ll play an important role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience, from their first enquiry to every swimming lesson they attend.
As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for parents, swimmers, and visitors. You’ll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our swim school by providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
