About this role
The Phoenix School teachers will carry out the professional duties of a teacher as set out in the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions. The postholder will deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching across the primary phase, ensuring that every child makes excellent progress regardless of their starting point.
While core responsibilities align with standard primary classroom delivery, a strong emphasis is placed on adaptive teaching and inclusive practice, with desirable experience in supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in small class sizes of 6 students.
