This role could suit an experienced Care Assistant, Senior Care Assistant, Care Supervisor, Care Assessor or similar professional ready to take the next step.
We’re looking for someone with
Adult social care experience and a person-centred approach
Strong communication, organisation and IT skills
Good judgement and confidence supporting care staff
The ability to identify and escalate concerns appropriately
A full UK driving licence and suitable vehicle
The right to work in the UK
Level 2/3 qualifications and supervisory or assessment experience are desirable, but experienced carers without formal supervisory experience are encouraged to apply.
