Operations Business Support & Safeguarding Officer

The Operations Business Support & Safeguarding Officer will play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of St Basils

operational function, which includes providing a range of Incident and Safeguarding administration functions including the

provision of technical support across St Basils Progression Directorate. As Operations Business Support & Safeguarding

Officer, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure St Basils operational teams maintain high service

delivery standards and provide administrative support around regulatory compliance and continuous improvement, working

within St Basils governance frameworks.

Finally, as the Operations Business Support & Safeguarding Officer you will embrace St Basils values and behaviours and

have a loyal commitment to the ongoing development and provision of psychological informed support and services to a

range of young people that promote equality, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
