Recruitment Lead

Main duties of the job To support the Recruitment Team Leader in the delivery of a robust, compliant, quality service and to ensure all practices are undertaken in line with relevant national guidelines (CQC, NHS Employers etc.) and procedures. Reporting on a regular basis regarding specific issues impacting on the operational delivery of services. Interpret and advise on trust polices, national guidelines and legislation for recruitment and agenda for change terms and conditions. To work to defined service areas, using own initiative in determining own day to day priorities. Outcomes are defined but achievement of these is guided by policies, regulation and legislation.
