Mobile Cleaning Operative

We're looking for a Mobile Cleaner who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.

Roles & Responsibilities

-Travel between London Fire Brigade sites across London as required

-Experience and passion in deep cleaning commercial buildings including offices, communal areas, gym, showers, toilets and kitchens

-Carry out periodic, reactive, and deep cleaning tasks to agreed specifications and service standards.

-Safely use cleaning chemicals, machinery, and specialist equipment in accordance with COSHH regulations.

-Ability to work at pace with a team to meet SLA deadlines

-Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used.

-Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training.

-Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service.

-Ensure all work is completed in line with client expectations and company procedures.

-Complete cleaning records, audits, and defect reports as required

What we're looking for

-Ability to communicate and read basic English.

-Full UK driving licence (preferred/essential depending on requirement), a company vehicle may be issued to successful applicant

-Ability to travel independently between multiple sites

-Experience using commercial cleaning equipment such as scrubber dryers, steam cleaners, pressure washers, and carpet cleaning machines (desirable).

-Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards

-Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude.

-Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanor.
