We are looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team at Clifton Manor Residential Home. Up to £13.21 per hour

20:00-07:00 - 40 hours per week

Required

Completed or working towards completion of NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Support the care team, providing guidance and leadership to ensure high-quality care

• Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and involvement, where appropriate, in care reviews.

• Ensure the safe storage, documentation and administration of medication is carried out in accordance with guidelines and training.

• Assist residents with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, medication management, and nutrition

• Monitor residents’ health and wellbeing, reporting any concerns

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the care environment

• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
