Environmental Enforcement Officer - 18731

Kingdom is recruiting Environmental Enforcement Officers to work in partnership with Chichester District Council, helping to tackle environmental crime and maintain clean, safe public spaces across the district. The role involves patrolling public areas, investigating environmental offences, issuing Fixed Penalty Notices for offences such as littering, fly-tipping, graffiti and dog fouling, gathering evidence, responding to public complaints, and educating residents and businesses on environmental compliance. This outdoor position offers £13.45 per hour with weekly pay, 40+ hours per week across 5 days including weekends between 06:00 and 20:00. Candidates should have strong communication and customer service skills, be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, and be able to work independently. Own transport and a Basic DBS check are required, while previous enforcement, security, customer service, or public-facing experience is desirable.
