Warehouse Picker

PMB Solutions Ltd is currently recruiting for our client who is one of the world’s largest providers of temperature-controlled logistics and they are looking for Warehouse Pickers on Days based at Hams Hall, Coleshill

Due to cold storage conditions, you must be aged 18 or over & ideally experience in a freezer / refrigerated warehouse preferable.

Duties

Carefully pick items from inventory using warehouse management systems to ensure order accuracy

Prepare packages for shipping by packing items securely and labelling them correctly

Conduct quality control checks to verify product condition and order completeness

Stock shelves and organize inventory to optimize space and accessibility

Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely processing of inbound and outbound goods

Maintain safety standards by handling heavy lifting properly and adhering to warehouse protocols

Experience

Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with materials handling is highly preferred

Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, picking & packing techniques, and stocking practices

Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment and understanding load & unload operations

Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail for quality control tasks and inventory accuracy

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to follow safety guidelines diligently.

Working Hours

6am – 6pm

3 days on 3 days off

Pay Per Hour

£13.46 per hour
