About this role

The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust is seeking to appoint a Locum Consultant Physician in General Internal Medicine to join the Trusts General Internal Medicine (GIM) Directorate at New Cross Hospital. This is a locum consultant post created to strengthen consultant-delivered inpatient care for the acute medical take and its downstream GIM bed base. Applications are welcomed from candidates who wish to work less than full time or as part of a job share. The Trust will construct a proportionate job plan on the same principles, retaining the full 1.5 core SPA allocation and a minimum of 2.0 SPAs for any post of 6 PAs or more, in line with RCP guidance.
