The purpose of this role is to
Coordinate the scheduling and planning of operatives, contractors, and suppliers across responsive repairs, planned and cyclical maintenance, compliance works, voids, and environmental works.
Accurately diagnose repair requests to reduce repeat contact, improve productivity and performance, and support a safe working environment.
Plan and prioritise trade operatives’ diaries to optimise resources and ensure efficient service delivery.
Arrange specialist equipment and materials as required.
Plan, prioritise, and administer work undertaken by contractors and suppliers.
Raise work orders and order materials as required.
