About this role
As a Your Own Place Facilitator you will ensure that Your Own Place can achieve its mission by delivering high-quality and impactful facilitation.
You will lead on the design, delivery and reporting of trainee engagement, group workshops and 1:1 sessions, as well as co-designing and co-delivering alongside colleagues.
You will be creative, fun and innovative in adapting to trainee needs.
You will coordinate all communication with the trainees and be solution-focused to overcome barriers to engagement.
You will deputise for colleagues and support other facilitators where necessary.
