Detailed job description The successful candidate will be an experienced mental health professional with strong knowledge, skills and experience in leadership and managing staff. You will be a team player committed to innovation and service development, have a positive, motivational and proactive manner. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their personal alignment with the Trusts Values. You will establish relationships and communication links with local neighbourhood services, VCSE services and primary care networks across Coventry. This role requires the ability to multitask and prioritise - incorporating service development, operational and people management. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
