Experienced Class 1 Drivers Wanted

We are looking to recruit professional HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join our client's busy transport team based near Swindon. If you are a safety-conscious, reliable driver seeking consistent work with a supportive employer, we'd love to hear from you.

What's on Offer?

• Days £17.00 per hour between 06:00 - 18:00
• Nights £18.00 per hour 18:00 - 06:00
• Monday to Friday working pattern
• Well-maintained fleet

The Role

As a Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods across regional and national routes form Swindon. The role involves a mixture of general haulage.

Duties Include

• Operating a Class 1 (C+E) vehicle safely and professionally
• Ensuring loads are secured correctly using appropriate restraints
• Carrying out daily vehicle defect checks and reporting issues
• Completing all transport and delivery documentation accurately
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism
• Adhering to all driver hours, working time, and road transport regulations

Requirements

• Valid UK

HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) Licence

• Minimum

2 years' Class 1 driving experience

• Valid

Driver CPC & Digi card

• Aged

25 or over for insurance purposes

• Maximum of

6 minor penalty points

• Container experience preferred but not essential
