Duty Manager

Pendle Leisure Trust has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Duty Manager to support the Centre Manager to lead our team at Pendle Wavelengths, Nelson.

Whether you already have experience in the leisure industry or bring strong management skills from another customer-focused sector, we're looking for someone who is passionate about people, driven to achieve results, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

As Duty Manager, you'll inspire and support the team to create an environment where every customer enjoys a welcoming, memorable experience that keeps them coming back time and again.

You'll have the confidence to lead by example, motivate others to perform at their best, and ensure the centre operates to the highest standards.
