Residential Surveyor - RICS Home Surveys

An opportunity has arisen for

Residential Surveyor to join an independent, RICS-regulated surveying firm providing professional property surveying and valuation services across London and the Home Counties.

As a

Residential Surveyor, you will carry out RICS Home Surveys, manage your own appointments and deliver professional property reports to clients. This role offers a 60% fee split and flexible working.

You can be

based anywhere across London, although there is particularly

strong demand across South West London, including areas such as Chiswick.

What we are looking for

• Approx 2 years' direct experience carrying out RICS Home Surveys.
• AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualification.
• Strong understanding of residential property and local property markets.
• Good report-writing and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and organise your own workload and appointments.
