About this role
POSITION AVAILABLE JULY-SEPTEMBER PICKING SEASON.
UK Applicants ONLY - must have UK passport, settled or pre-settled status to apply.
Fruit picking – full training will be offered by the Field Manager, no experience required. All picking is rewarded on an individual performance basis, looking at quality and quantity of pick.
Fruit pickers may be asked to work in the packhouse from time to time.
Other field duties may include
o Weeding
o Pruning
o Venting tunnels
o Removing tunnel plastic after fruit has been picked
We work 6 days a week, usually eight or nine hour days. The base pay is national minimum wage, with bonuses paid based on performance.
