The Role
Select Recruitment are currently recruiting for
Process Operatives to join a busy cosmetics manufacturing company based in
Brandon, Suffolk.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating production and manufacturing equipment
- Following production processes and procedures
- Measuring and handling ingredients/materials accurately
- Monitoring the production process and reporting any issues
- Carrying out quality checks throughout production
- Keeping the work area clean, tidy and safe
- Following all health & safety and company procedures
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production or processing is desirable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to follow instructions and production procedures
- Good team player with a positive attitude
- Physically able to carry out the requirements of the role
