What skills and experience we're looking for
This exciting and rewarding position involves supporting young people with their learning and social development, where everyone is welcome and everyone is included. No matter your previous experience, if you can demonstrate a thirst for learning (and importantly to celebrate successes together) then this is the place for you.
We are a welcoming, enthusiastic and talented team who are dedicated to the students we support. We work collaboratively as a school to best understand and meet the needs of our neurodiverse students.
Please note the working hours are 8.30am – 3.30pm Monday- Thursday and 8.30am to 2.15pm on a Friday.
What the school offers its staff
Do you love working with children and thrive off seeing them becoming independent learners? We are looking for people who are resilient, passionate about education and want to make a difference.
Tanbridge House School is an inspiring place to work, where students and staff share the same goals and strive to be exceptional every day through our core values of Care, Kindness and Achievement. We are a popular 11 –16 mixed comprehensive school and are vastly oversubscribed.
Commitment to safeguarding
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All posts are subject to a DBS enhanced certificate.
