Service Advisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable Main Dealership in Northampton. Duties

• Manage customer bookings effectively, ensuring smooth workflow
• Provide professional updates to customers regarding vehicle service status
• Upsell recommended services and accessories to maximise dealership revenue
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout interaction
• Liaise with workshop teams to ensure timely vehicle servicing
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and promote future business
• Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and service history

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor within a dealership or independent garage
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills, with a professional and approachable manner
• Confidence in upselling and identifying customer needs
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle challenging conversations
• Organised with a focus on maintaining accurate records
• Enthusiastic and committed to providing a positive customer experience
