Customer Service Advisor

Location – Bournemouth

Salary - £25,000 per annum

Hours – Monday – Friday

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join their team. The role is all about personality, positivity, and a genuine passion for helping customers. While previous experience is welcome, it is not essential as full training will be provided. What matters most is a friendly and professional manner, a willingness to learn, and the drive to deliver excellent service.

Duties –

• Be the first point of contact for customers by phone and email, handling enquiries in a professional and supportive way
• Understand customer needs, provide advice where possible, or pass queries to the right department
• Keep customer records up to date
• Manage daily tasks such as responding to queries, checking deliveries, and updating systems
• Work closely with suppliers to resolve customer issues and process credits where needed
