Our client based in Hethel is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking

Picker/Packer to join their busy warehouse team on a

temporary to permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term employment with the potential to earn significant weekly bonuses based on performance.

Pay Rate

• £12.71 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £125 extra per week through the company bonus scheme

Duties Include

• Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Packing orders to a high standard
• Working towards daily productivity targets
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following all health and safety procedures

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 06:50 - 15:50 - with optional overtime in peak periods
• Two 30-minute breaks per day

Location

• Hethel
• Own transport is essential due to the location and lack of public transport links

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, picking or packing experience beneficial but not essential
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work towards targets
• Reliable and punctual
• Own transport required
• Must bring own lunch

Bonus Opportunities

• Earn up to £25 bonus per day, or £125 bonus per week by meeting bonus targets!
