About this role
The PA required would be someone who is reliable, friendly, caring & conscientious who is self employed. They will be working with a young adult with additional needs and the PA must be willing to be adaptive and willing to effectively communicate and engage with the person requiring support. Knowledge, awareness & understanding of autism & adhd as well as associated anxiety, learning & communication difficulties is essential for this role. The PA would be required to provide subtle support in three voluntary roles within the community (one of which is term time but we aim to utilise some of those hours for other social support needs during non term time)
