360 Excavator Operator

We are looking for an experienced 3T 360 Excavator Operator to join a busy project in Aldershot. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the excavator safely and efficiently while carrying out a range of excavation, groundworks and finishing duties.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a 3-tonne 360 excavator safely and efficiently.

Carry out excavation, trenching, grading, levelling and backfilling works.

Complete finishing works to a high standard, including fine grading and trimming.

Work around existing services and other site operations safely.

Assist with general groundworks and site duties when required.

Load and move materials using the excavator where appropriate.

Carry out daily machine checks and report any defects or maintenance requirements.

Follow site RAMS, health & safety procedures and instructions from site management.

Maintain a clean, safe and tidy working area.

Work as part of a wider site team and assist with general labouring/other duties as required.

Ensure all work is completed to the required quality and programme.

Requirements

Valid CPCS or NPORS ticket for a 360 Excavator below 10 tonnes / 3T machine.

Proven experience operating a 3T 360 excavator, particularly on finishing and detailed groundworks.

Relevant construction site experience.

Good understanding of site health & safety procedures.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.

Previous experience working around services and other trades would be advantageous.
