Loss Fund Manager

This isn’t just a process role, it’s your opportunity to build and shape how Rokstone manages Claims Loss Funds end‑to‑end. As Loss Fund Manager, you’ll sit at the centre of Claims Operations, taking ownership of the full Loss Fund lifecycle, from set‑up through to reconciliation, oversight and reporting. You’ll bring structure, control and clarity to an evolving landscape, ensuring processes are robust, scalable and commercially effective.

Working closely with both Claims and Finance, you’ll act as the critical link between the two, resolving issues quickly, strengthening controls and improving how we operate. You’ll also lead a small team, ensuring delivery is accurate, timely and aligned to best practice. This is a role for someone who wants to take ownership, challenge existing processes and become the go‑to expert across Rokstone, capacity providers, TPAs and brokers.

Role Accountabilities

-Own and evolve the end‑to‑end Claims Loss Fund process, ensuring it is controlled, efficient and scalable

-Manage Claims Loss Fund financials, including ongoing and legacy review and reconciliation

-Oversee Loss Fund set-up and ensure delivery is accurate, timely and compliant

-Design and implement controls, QA processes and reporting frameworks to provide clear oversight

-Act as the key link between Claims and Finance, ensuring seamless end‑to‑end processes

Identify process improvements and lead enhancements to drive efficiency and control

-Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including TPAs, brokers and capacity providers

-Support the Claims Operations Manager on Claims financial matters and strategic initiatives

-Lead and manage the Loss Fund Analyst, ensuring high standards of delivery and accountability

-Take ownership of additional responsibilities as required in line with business needs
