About this role
Supporting young people and changing futures. Youre someone who cares deeply about making a difference, not just today, but for a young persons future. As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner, youll join our Early Intervention and Targeted Support Service in North Derbyshire, providing prevention, early intervention and targeted mental health and emotional wellbeing support across community and education settings. Youll support children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health and emotional wellbeing difficulties, carrying out assessments, managing a caseload and delivering structured, evidence based and therapy informed interventions. Youll use outcome measures to inform clinical decisions, respond to risk and safeguarding concerns, and help children, young people and families access the right support at the right time. As a senior practitioner, youll also provide specialist advice, consultation and training, alongside clinical supervision and professional support to colleagues. Ready to use your experience to make a real difference? Wed love to hear from you.
