About this role
We are seeking a Year Leader to design and deliver exceptional, community-based learning sessions on our Building Futures Programme. You will lead engaging, person-centred learning for groups of young adults with SEND primarily across Guildford and Woking (and some wider Surrey venues) to help learners develop confidence, social skills, independence and employability skills.

40 hours per week | Monday - Friday 9am to 5.30pm | Occasional weekends and evenings

Key Responsibilities
-Freedom to design and deliver person-centred, goal-orientated sessions
-Support groups of 6–12 learners
-Ensuring high standards of safeguarding, wellbeing and support
-Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners
-Building meaningful relationships with learners and reviewing tangible progress
