Nursery Manager

We are looking for a passionate, experienced and confident Nursery Manager to lead our Garswood setting. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, leading and supporting the team, maintaining high standards of safeguarding and care, and ensuring children receive a safe, happy and stimulating early years experience.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' early years experience, a relevant Level 3 qualification or above, strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding, and previous leadership or management experience.

You will need to be organised, approachable and an excellent communicator, with the ability to motivate a team, build positive relationships with families and ensure the nursery continues to meet high standards of quality, compliance and care.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is passionate about early years, leads by example and genuinely wants to make a difference to children, families and staff.
