Mobile Team Leader

Location

Scotland, with regular travel mainly across the Central Belt

Hours

40 hours per week basic, Monday to Friday. Flexibility will be required, with occasional weekend overtime available and paid at an enhanced rate.

We're looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to lead front-line mobile cleaning teams across Scotland, delivering high-quality services in a fast-paced operational environment.

Role Responsibilities

* Manage and coordinate daily work schedules for mobile cleaning teams.* Liaise with the central helpdesk to allocate and respond to incoming jobs.* Ensure all works are completed in line with SLAs, KPIs, and customer expectations.* Lead, coach, and support operatives, including onboarding and training.* Conduct audits, site surveys, and ensure full compliance with Health & Safety requirements.

What we're looking for

* Full UK driving licence (essential) * Experience managing mobile or front-line cleaning/service teams (desirable)* Working within Soft FM (ideally Cleaning)* Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment* Excellent communication and customer service skills* Good understanding of Health & Safety and safe systems of work
