Home School Support Worker

(Grade 8 £29,500 - £32,055 pro rata dependent on experience Robert Bakewell Primary School is a happy school in a diverse community in Loughborough. We seek to recruit a Home School Support Worker to join our hard working and happy team.

We are looking for someone who

will be able to work with students and their families to overcome the barriers to learning, ensure they receive the education entitlement and support their well-being by referring to other agencies as appropriate is able to motivate and inspire children; is keen to develop their own professional expertise; likes children and understands barriers to learning; is creative, flexible and has a good sense of humour; ensure records and files are updated; attend child protection (CP) meetings and child in need meetings; run supportive parenting groups for vulnerable families.

Hours

30 hours

Monday – Friday 8.30am – 3.30pm (1 hour for lunch)
