Core Education & Training Duties

• Delivering religious instruction – conducting classes, seminars, retreats, or prayer groups

• Supervising learning activities – overseeing training for congregation members, youth groups, or new clergy

• Planning and delivering educational content – preparing sermons, homilies, and special talks that may have an educational component

• Counselling and guidance – offering spiritual and pastoral support, which can include advising on moral, ethical, and social issues

• Community education – organising participation in community projects and promoting awareness of religious and social responsibilities
