We’re looking for a dedicated Support Assistant to join our Peripatetic Service at Delacy Gardens, Pontefract. This vital service operates 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, delivering high-quality care to people in their own homes.
Your role will include
Supporting individuals to remain in their own homes
Promoting independence and person-centred care i.e. Washing/dressing/Bathing/Toileting/Meals & Medication
Working collaboratively with professionals and agencies
Treating every person with dignity and respect
