Area Relief Retail Security OfficerAre you an experienced Security Officer looking for a role that offers variety, flexibility and the opportunity to work across a wider area?We are looking for a reliable and professional Area Relief Security Officer to support a number of retail locations across our Worcestershire cluster, covering areas including Evesham, Ronkswood and Bromsgrove.This is a varied role where you will be expected to travel between different areas within the cluster, providing support where required and becoming a trusted member of the wider regional security team.About the roleAs an Area Relief Officer, you won't be permanently based at one location. You will work across multiple areas within the Worcestershire cluster, providing reliable security cover at different locations depending on operational requirements.This could mean working in Evesham one day, Ronkswood another, and Bromsgrove on another occasion, so the ability and willingness to travel across the cluster is an essential part of the position.The role would suit an officer who enjoys variety, is comfortable adapting to different sites and takes pride in being someone the wider team can rely upon.

Your responsibilities will include

Providing a visible and professional security presenceSupporting multiple locations across the Worcestershire clusterTravelling between different areas when requiredPreventing and deterring theft and criminal activityResponding professionally to incidentsSupporting store management and colleaguesCompleting accurate incident reports and documentationMaintaining excellent customer service standardsAdapting quickly to different sites, teams and working environmentsProviding reliable relief and operational support across the clusterWhat we're looking forWe're looking for someone who is:SIA licensedReliable, professional and punctualComfortable working independentlyFlexible and adaptableConfident working across different locationsComfortable travelling throughout the Worcestershire clusterProfessional when dealing with customers, colleagues and managementPrevious retail security experience is desirable Own vehicle essentialDue to the area-based nature of this position, access to your own reliable car is ESSENTIAL.The successful candidate will need to travel between multiple locations across the Worcestershire cluster, so you must be comfortable travelling between Evesham, Ronkswood, Bromsgrove and surrounding areas as required.Applicants without access to their own vehicle will not be considered.If you're looking for a role with variety, responsibility and the opportunity to become a key part of a wider regional security operation, we'd love to hear from you.
