Salaried GP

In addition to the main clinical duties outlined above, the successful candidate will: Undertake a share of home visits where clinically appropriate. Participate in practice meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of services. Work collaboratively with the wider practice team, PCN colleagues and community healthcare professionals. Support the delivery of high standards of clinical governance, safeguarding and patient safety. Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with practice policies and NHS requirements. Contribute to quality improvement activities and service development initiatives. Support the education and supervision of GP trainees, medical students and other learners where appropriate. Maintain GMC registration, NHS Performers List status and ongoing professional development. The postholder will be expected to contribute positively to the supportive team culture at Waterloo Medical Centre and uphold the practice values of professionalism, teamwork and high-quality patient care.
