About Us
1st Step Education and Training is a specialist secondary alternative education provider supporting vulnerable young people to re-engage with education and achieve positive outcomes. We deliver a range of vocational programmes from our Leicester City Centre base and within schools across the East Midlands.
Our learners may have been excluded from mainstream education, be attending on reduced timetables, be at risk of exclusion, or require additional support to access learning. We pride ourselves on creating supportive, engaging, and inclusive learning environments where young people can develop confidence, practical skills, and aspirations for the future.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Nail Technician Tutor to join our team.
