AGS ONE is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Business Administrator to join our team in Brighton.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience within a professional recruitment and business environment, while working towards a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship through Apprentice Academy.

• What You'll Be Doing

You’ll work closely with the AGS ONE team and support the day-to-day running of the business, including

Providing general administrative support

Managing emails, documents and records

Updating internal systems and databases

Assisting with reports and spreadsheets

Supporting recruitment and business administration processes

Communicating with candidates, clients and colleagues

Helping with day-to-day office tasks

Maintaining accurate and organised records

• What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is

Organised and reliable

Enthusiastic and eager to learn

Confident and professional when communicating

Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office

A good team player

Able to manage multiple tasks

Positive, hardworking and motivated to build a career

We’re looking for someone with at least 6 weeks of previous administration experience who is ready to take the next step and build a great career in Business Administration.
