SEN Teaching Assistants to join our growing bank of support staff across
Evesham. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible work while making a positive impact on the lives of children with Special Educational Needs.
As part of our bank team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of mainstream and specialist schools, supporting pupils with additional needs on a day-to-day, short-term, and long-term basis.
The Role
- Supporting pupils with SEN including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and learning difficulties

Working on a 1
1 basis or with small groups of pupils
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging learning experiences
- Supporting students' emotional, social, and academic development
- Promoting a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
- Following individual support plans and behaviour strategies
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people with additional needs
- School, care, support work, youth work, or nursery experience is desirable
- A patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
