About this role
- Coordinate garment embellishment projects from design through to production.
- Manage artwork, mock-ups, samples and customer approvals.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
- Coordinate embroidery, screen printing and heat transfer requirements.
- Monitor quality and help resolve production issues.
- Track orders and maintain accurate production schedules and system records.
- Process customer enquiries, deliveries and relevant documentation.
