Estates Surveyor PT - 1 year contract

What's involved with this role

Triumph Consultants are looking for an experienced Estates Surveyor to support their client's Flood Defence Project. You will lead the Estates Workstream, providing professional advice and overseeing property transactions, negotiations and consultants. Contract is for 12 months in Bournemouth BH2 6DY.

Pay Rate

£24.99 per hour PAYE

Hours per week

22.50 Monday - Friday

Key Requirements

RICS qualified and a member of RICS, with a relevant surveying degree.

Strong estates surveying experience, including valuations, inspections and property transactions.

Good knowledge of Landlord & Tenant and property acquisition law.

Experience in a corporate estates environment, managing property records and transactions.

Strong knowledge of the RICS Valuation and Appraisal Manual and relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Estates Workstream for Flood Defence Project.

Review Heads of Terms and legal agreements to protect the Client's interests.

Oversee acquisitions, disposals and property transactions, including negotiations and legal documentation.

Manage and review consultants’ work, providing sound professional advice to the client.

Provide advice on complex estate management matters, including rent reviews and lease negotiations.
