Key Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a mixed rental fleet
• Inspect systems and components to ensure safety and compliance
• Identify worn or faulty parts and complete repairs or replacements
• Test drive vehicles where permitted and licence allows
• Maintain accurate job cards and update internal systems throughout the day
• Complete jobs in full or hand over correctly, ensuring vehicles are left safe and clearly marked

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
• Experience working with LCVs or HGVs
• Full UK / Irish / EU manual driving licence
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach

Training & Development

• Structured progression route to Master Technician
• Ongoing technical training and support
• Long-term stability within a professional workshop environment
